In a bowl beat the eggs and mix with sugar, vanilla, cinnamon. Each slice of bread is passed through the mixture obtained on both sides.
Put a non-stick pan on the fire, melt the butter, and add to the pan, one at a time, a slice of bread with the egg mixture. Leave on the fire until the slices are browned on both sides, for 2-4 minutes on each side.
