- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon red onion (finely minced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and scoop out the yolks. Mix the avocado in a bowl with a fork and blend until you reach the desired consistency. Leave it as lumpy as you want or make it perfectly smooth.
- Add the egg yolks, parsley, onion, garlic, lemon juice into the bowl with avocado, and mix everything until you get a perfect thick cream. Season with salt to taste.
- Use a spoon and fill the egg white halves with the guacamole paste obtained. Add a little parsley on top of the deviled eggs.
