  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 tablespoon red onion (finely minced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and scoop out the yolks. Mix the avocado in a bowl with a fork and blend until you reach the desired consistency. Leave it as lumpy as you want or make it perfectly smooth.
  2. Add the egg yolks, parsley, onion, garlic, lemon juice into the bowl with avocado, and mix everything until you get a perfect thick cream. Season with salt to taste.
  3. Use a spoon and fill the egg white halves with the guacamole paste obtained. Add a little parsley on top of the deviled eggs.
